Na konci roku 2024 došlo na českém trhu nemovitostí k výraznému zdražení. Tento trend byl způsoben rostoucí poptávkou po bydlení, stabilizací ekonomického prostředí a snížením úrokových sazeb, což podpořilo obnovení zájmu o hypoteční financování. Výsledkem byl nárůst cen napříč většinou segmentů realit.
